Attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions may provide pro bono services when employed by or associated with an approved legal services organization. The rules are included in the New Jersey Legal Services Organization Rules.

New Jersey does not offer Admission on Motion. Please also see the New Jersey Pro Hac Vice page to view the requirements for admission to a particular proceeding and the New Jersey Multijurisdictional Practice Rules (MJP) for legal practices that are excluded from the unauthorized practice of law.
