Government Attorneys

Many jurisdictions provide special admission rules for attorneys working on behalf of the government. The limited or temporary licenses allow government attorneys to practice law without going through the formal admission process of taking the Bar Exam or being Admitted on Motion. Admissions rules relevant to government attorneys may also be included with the rules for Legal Services Organizations and House Counsel Attorneys.
