Arkansas does not provide special admission rules for government attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions. However, Comment 16 to Rule 5.5 of the Arkansas Multijurisdictional Practice Rules (MJP) provides for an interpretation that would allow government attorneys to practice without being engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.
