I have been practicing law in Georgia since 1989. Trying to gain admission to NC via Comity app. Took MPRE in March 2010. Is there a time certain subsequent to the MPRE passage date in which I have to submit my Comity App to NC. I note for those taking the actual bar it appears to be a 2 year window. Does that apply to attorneys practicing as long as I have?
