You are not required to purchase anything in order to use www.BarReciprocity.com. Most admissions content is freely available. If a paid product or subscription is offered in the future, these Terms of Sale will govern that purchase.
BarReciprocity.com reserves the right to modify the content, type, and availability of the Website at any time.
Only one person may use each account associated with a purchased product, unless BarReciprocity.com agrees otherwise.
Processing and Payment
BarReciprocity.com will process any subscription or purchase as promptly as possible. Your payment details must be verified before a paid product can be activated.
We may accept major credit cards and other payment methods then offered at checkout. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.
If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product, or access may be terminated.
Pricing
You agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes, and to the billing frequency stated at checkout. All prices are in United States Dollars.
BarReciprocity.com reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to amounts already charged. If a recurring rate changes, you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel.
You are responsible for any third-party telecommunications, data, or service-provider charges incurred while using the site.
Billing
One-Time Purchases
When you purchase a standalone product, we will charge or debit your payment method at the moment of purchase.
Subscriptions
If a subscription product is offered, we will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of the subscription or, if applicable, at the end of a free trial, and thereafter according to the cycle stated at checkout.
Digital subscriptions may renew automatically using the payment method associated with your account unless cancelled.
Unpaid Charges
If your payment method becomes invalid, you remain responsible for outstanding charges until the account is brought current or cancelled under this policy.
Third Parties
If you purchased through a third party, that party’s terms may control. We are not liable for claims related to purchases made through third parties.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You can cancel a subscription at any time by Contacting Us. Cancellation stops future charges and becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle and will retain access for the remainder of that period.
BarReciprocity.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation, and to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
Temporary reductions or promotions for other users do not entitle existing paid subscribers to a refund.
