Iowa Pro Bono

Iowa Court Rule 31.19 provides the rule for certification and pro bono participation for emeritus attorneys. An “emeritus attorney” is an inactive or retired Iowa attorney or an attorney admitted in another jurisdiction. Emeritus attorneys must work with a Legal Service Organization. Attorneys seeking emeritus attorney should consult Rule 31.19.
