Chapter 3, Article 12 of the Nebraska Supreme Court Rules provides for Registration of In-House Counsel attorneys.
Eligibility
Attorneys admitted in another U.S. jurisdiction, but no admitted in Nebraska, must register as in-house counsel if the attorney is employed in Nebraska exclusively for a single corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity whose lawful business does not consist of the provision of legal services.
Practice
Attorneys are subject to the Nebraska Rules of Professional conduct and may provide pro bono services
