Alaska Pro Hac Vice
Rule 81(2) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure provides the rule regarding admission for attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions who are seeking pro hac vice admission. Attorneys are required to file a Motion with the court and pay the required fee to the Alaska Bar Association.
