Many jurisdictions provide special rules for attorneys employed, or associated with, legal services organizations. The limited or temporary licenses allow attorneys to practice law without going through the formal admission process of taking the Bar Exam or being Admitted on Motion. Jurisdictions may require the legal services attorney to practice on a pro bono basis.
