New Hampshire Supreme Court Rule 42(XI) allows graduates of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program to be eligible for admission upon completion of the program and without the bar exam requirement. Graduates must apply for admission within one year of completing the program. The deadline is January 15.
The Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program is a program of the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. The program prepares students for legal practice through practice courses and evaluations. The courses test fundamental skills of legal practice, which include communication, negotiation, organization, work management, and legal ethics. The courses are required and in addition to the traditional law school classes in legal principles, reasoning, and case law. The program is two-years and students go through a two-day assessment process consisting of interviews, testing, and simulations prior to graduation.
Graduates must pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (“MPRE”) and submit an Application.
