Pennsylvania House Counsel

Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners Rule 302 requires a Limited In-House Corporate Counsel License for out-of-state lawyers who perform legal services in Pennsylvania for a qualifying employer on more than a temporary basis or who maintain a systematic and continuous Pennsylvania presence. Eligibility and practice
Applicants must be admitted elsewhere on active status, meet character requirements, and certify that services will be performed solely for the named employer. Court appearances require pro hac vice or Pennsylvania admission. See also Pennsylvania MJP.
