Washington Bar Reciprocity

APR(3)(c)¬†governs admission to the Washington Bar for attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions. The process in Washington is called Admission on Motion. Attorneys must be admitted, in good standing, and able to present proof of legal experience for three of the past five years. Effective January 1, 2014, the process is no longer based on reciprocity.
