Delaware does not provide special admission rules for military attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions.

Delaware does not offer Admission on Motion. Please see the Delaware Pro Hac Vice page to view the requirements for admission to a particular proceeding and the Delaware Multijurisdictional Practice Rules (MJP) for legal practices that are excluded from the unauthorized practice of law.
