Hawaii Military Attorneys
Rule 1.7 of the Hawaii Supreme Court Rules permits limited admission for military attorneys.
Attorneys must be full-time active duty military officers serving in the office of the Staff Judge Advocate, must be admitted to another jurisdiction, the attorney’s law license must be active, and the individual must have graduated from an American Bar Association approved law school. The term is four years and can be renewed.
