Rhode Island Law Student Admission
Article II, Rule 9(c) of the Supreme Court Rules allows senior law students to practice in Rhode Island on a limited basis. A “senior student” or “senior law student” is a student that has successfully completed at least three full-time semesters of law school study and has completed or is enrolled in Evidence or Trial Practice. Students must be enrolled in an ABA accredited and approved law school.
