Vermont does not provide special admission rules for house counsel attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions.
However, the Multijurisdictional Practice Rules (MJP) of the Vermont Rules of Professional Conduct allow house attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions to practice law in Vermont without engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
