Wisconsin Military Attorneys
Rule 10.03(4)(c) of the Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules allows Wisconsin courts to permit nonresident military attorneys to appear and participate in a particular action or proceeding in which he or she represents military personnel. The military attorney is not required to associate with an active member of the Wisconsin Bar. Eligible military attorneys are not subject to any application fees.
