Colorado Pro Hac Vice

Colorado Supreme Court admission rules (including C.R.C.P. 205) govern pro hac vice appearances for out-of-state lawyers. Confirm current forms, local-counsel requirements, and fees on the Colorado Supreme Court site.

Eligibility and practice
Applicants generally must be admitted and in good standing elsewhere, associate with local counsel as required by rule, and limit the appearance to the proceeding for which admission is sought.
