Iowa House Counsel

Eligibility and application
Registrants must be admitted and in good standing in another U.S. jurisdiction. The registration packet generally includes proof of admission/good standing and disciplinary-history certificates from each jurisdiction of admission.
Practice
Services are limited to the employer and may not include activities that would otherwise require pro hac vice admission. Registration remains effective for five years under current rule summaries; confirm renewal requirements in Rule 31.16. See also Iowa MJP.
