Kansas House Counsel

Eligibility
Applicants generally must meet Rule 708 eligibility, be admitted by examination in another U.S. jurisdiction, accept or continue employment with a non-law-practice employer, and provide legal services solely for that employer. Practice and compliance
After filing, applicants may practice under Kansas-attorney supervision while the application is pending. The restricted license authorizes services exclusively for the single employer (plus permitted pro bono under Rule 1404).
