Nebraska House Counsel

Nebraska Supreme Court Chapter 3, Article 12 requires registration of out-of-state lawyers employed as in-house counsel in Nebraska. Confirm current forms and fees with Nebraska Attorney Services.

Eligibility and practice
Registrants must be admitted and in good standing elsewhere and practice exclusively for a qualifying employer whose business is not the practice of law. Practice is limited to the employer; court appearances require pro hac vice or Nebraska admission. See also Nebraska MJP.
