New Hampshire Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE)
The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (“MPRE”) is an ethics exam developed by NCBE and administered separately from the New Hampshire bar exam at Pearson VUE testing centers. The MPRE is generally offered three times each year (March, August, and November).

MPRE for New Hampshire
New Hampshire requires an MPRE scaled score of 79 or greater prior to admission. Confirm current timing rules with the New Hampshire admissions office and NCBE.
Attorneys seeking New Hampshire Admission on Motion must meet the MPRE requirement unless a published exception applies.
New Hampshire MPRE Scoring Reciprocity/Transfer
New Hampshire accepts MPRE scaled scores achieved in another jurisdiction when reported through NCBE score services. Request an additional score report for New Hampshire through NCBE.
