New Jersey House Counsel

Rule 1:27-2 requires the mandatory house counsel registration of house counsel attorneys who work in New Jersey or who do New Jersey-related legal work in another United States jurisdiction. Attorneys should consult the Supplemental Administrative Determination for In-House Counsel as well the Application Forms.
