Florida Bar Reciprocity

Florida does not offer traditional admission on motion or bar reciprocity. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners states that there is no reciprocity between Florida and any other jurisdiction. Full admission requires satisfying the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to the Bar, including the Florida Bar Examination (subject to any limited score-transfer rules that are not admission on motion).

Florida does not admit attorneys from other jurisdictions on motion (no reciprocal waiver of the Florida exam)
