North Carolina Law Student Admission

Subchapter C, Rules .0200-.0207 of the North Carolina State Bar Rules and North Carolina General Statute § 84-7.1 allow law students to practice law on a limited basis in North Carolina.

Applicants are required to submit the Law School Dean Certificate, the law student certificate regarding familiarity with the professional conduct, and the supervising attorney notice with the North Carolina Bar.
