Delaware Provisional Admission Following a Major Disaster

Rule 58 of the Delaware Supreme Court Rules, and Section VIII of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners Rules, allow attorneys admitted to other jurisdictions to temporarily practice in Delaware following a major disaster.
