Delaware Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE)
The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (“MPRE”) is an ethics exam developed by NCBE and administered separately from the Delaware bar exam at Pearson VUE testing centers. The MPRE is generally offered three times each year (March, August, and November).

MPRE for Delaware
Delaware requires an MPRE scaled score of 85 or greater prior to admission. Confirm current timing rules with the Delaware admissions office and NCBE.
Attorneys seeking Delaware Admission on Motion must meet the MPRE requirement unless a published exception applies.
Delaware MPRE Scoring Reciprocity/Transfer
Delaware accepts MPRE scaled scores achieved in another jurisdiction when reported through NCBE score services. Request an additional score report for Delaware through NCBE.
