Mississippi Rule 5.5 generally tracks ABA Model Rule 5.5. Lawyers with a systematic Mississippi presence for employer practice must register under Rule 5.5(d).

Temporary practice

Temporary services under Rule 5.5(c) may be permitted when requirements are met. Court appearances remain subject to pro hac vice.
